As the Manager of Analytics & Information Systems, you'll provide operational leadership across analytics teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data solutions. With 5-7 years of experience in analytics or health informatics, your role will involve optimizing Meditech Expanse and enhancing Power BI reporting, while fostering collaboration across departments to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead supervisor-level staff and Data Product Manager
• Ensure timely, accurate organizational reporting
• Expand standardized Power BI dashboards for various audiences
• Collaborate on AI-enabled analytics and digital health solutions
• Streamline reporting for improved efficiency
Requirements:
• Degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, or related fields
• 5-7 years in analytics or systems, 2-3 years in management
• Experience with Meditech and predictive analytics preferred
• Knowledge of clinical workflows and data governance
• Ability to engage clinical and executive stakeholders
