Quality Assurance Technician Brewing

Microbiology, chemistry, and packaged-product testing define this full-time Quality Assurance Technician position at Mark Anthony Brewing Canada Ltd. in Surrey, BC.
Reporting to the QC & EHSS Manager, this permanent technician supports the facility’s quality assurance program. The work covers beverage analysis, sensory evaluation, food safety, and packaging verification. Rotating shifts are required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Test raw materials, in-process products, and packaged products
Measure chemical and physical product specifications
Perform microbiology testing, sample collection, and PCR testing
Evaluate flavours through daily taste panels
Maintain quality laboratories and support improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Required laboratory experience
Familiarity with beverage-analysis laboratory instrumentation
Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
Accurate records and strong communication skills
Availability for rotating shifts and manual lifting
Apply quality assurance, laboratory testing, and food safety skills to beverage production at Mark Anthony Brewing Canada Ltd. in Surrey.
