This Physiotherapist position welcomes candidates with no experience, as training will be provided. Work settings include sports therapy, orthopedics, geriatrics, manipulative therapy, and private practice. A bachelor's degree in physical therapy or physiotherapy is required. Arabic, Hindi, Spanish, or Panjabi are asset languages for patient communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer evaluative tests and examine patients
Assess patients' physical abilities
Plan physiotherapy programs and select appropriate exercises
Teach or supervise patient exercises and manipulations
Maintain reports and confer with health professionals
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy or physiotherapy
Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulatory Boards Examination
Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
English language proficiency
Criminal record check
Use patient assessment, exercise planning, and clinical reporting skills as an on-site Physiotherapist serving varied therapy settings.
