Client Onboarding Training Specialist
Sofvie Inc.
Lead client onboarding and tailored training for Sofvie’s Safe Performance Platform from the company’s Sudbury, Ontario office. Occasional travel supports on-site implementation.
As an Implementation and Training Specialist, you will guide clients from initial setup through implementation. You will coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies while designing training around workflows, operational needs, and learning goals. Your work helps clients adopt Sofvie effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate onboarding activities, timelines, and implementation deliverables
Work across departments to resolve issues and manage dependencies
Design tailored training plans for client workflows
Deliver virtual and on-site client training
Share feedback and insights with internal teams
Requirements:
Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
Curiosity about clients, operations, and workplace challenges
Coachable attitude and openness to direct feedback
Adaptability within a growing company
Training experience is an asset, not required
Bring organized coordination, practical teaching, and client focus to Sofvie implementation and training across industrial operations.
