Lids Store Sales Manager

Drive Lids sales performance through customer expertise, visual merchandising, and strong team leadership across daily store operations.
Lids Sports Group seeks a Store Manager accountable for every aspect of retail store performance. You will guide team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and execute Lids products, promotions, and membership programs. Your responsibilities span sales results, store operations, product presentation, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets through Lids selling strategy execution
Offer product expertise and exceptional service to customers
Maintain visual merchandising, windows, mannequins, and seasonal layouts
Monitor product levels, sell-through, and inventory accuracy
Manage cash handling, audits, facilities, supplies, and equipment
Requirements:

Proven ability to deliver training and assess retention
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Proven managerial experience and supervisory skills
Ability to work varying days and hours
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Use sales leadership, product presentation, inventory management, and customer expertise to strengthen performance at Lids.
