You’ll need a minimum of two years of management experience in the direct-to-consumer industry to guide your team effectively. Your collaboration with the Field Canvassing Manager will be key to achieving and tracking marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the hiring and training of Field Canvassers
• Establish and manage team routes and schedules
• Continually assess lead generation performance
• Ensure compliance with local permit regulations
• Partner with local management for market growth
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing
• Customer service or sales background desired
• Experience with lead generation methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
