This Maintenance Technician supports a purpose-built rental community for a real estate owner, developer, and property manager. The work includes resident service, suite repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and building-system troubleshooting. Experience from residential, commercial, hospital, school, airport, or industrial facilities is considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to resident service requests professionally and promptly
Complete suite repairs, inspections, and turnover maintenance
Perform preventative maintenance throughout the building
Inspect common areas, parkades, exteriors, and building systems
Troubleshoot pumps, valves, hydronic heating, and HVAC components
Requirements:
Three-plus years of hands-on building or facilities maintenance experience
General plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and repair experience
Comfort with HVAC, pumps, valves, and hydronic systems
Strong resident, contractor, and internal communication skills
Valid British Columbia Driver’s Licence
