The Senior Director, Engineering & Operations plays a crucial role in providing operational leadership across core functions including Engineering, Production, and Field Services. A key focus will be on overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with budget and quality standards. This role emphasizes driving operational excellence while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership across Project Engineering and Field Services
• Oversee execution of municipal and industrial wastewater projects
• Manage bids, proposals, and technical solution development
• Direct production operations and resource allocation
• Build relationships with customers and industry stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; P.Eng. preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in project-based environments
• Site leadership experience with accountability for performance
• Strong ability to manage complex engineered projects
• Proven track record in team building and development
