Retail Merchandising Customer Specialist
PepsiCo Inc.
Merchandise Gatorade, Lay’s, and Quaker products while supporting PepsiCo customers. This customer service position combines ordering, displays, freshness rotation, and storage organization.
The Customer Service Specialist contributes to PepsiCo Beverages Canada success across various mid-format key customers. You will execute merchandising agreements, order products, and maintain store shelving, racks, and displays. Your responsibilities include freshness rotation, display setup, storage room organization, and product movement to sales floors.
Key Responsibilities:
Order products and complete route sales activities
Set up and maintain PepsiCo product displays
Rotate products for freshness across assigned stores
Organize storage rooms and move products to sales floors
Use point-of-sale materials in customer locations
Requirements:
Post-secondary education preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Reliable vehicle required for assigned customer activities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to bend, kneel, reach, lift, and push products
Support recognizable PepsiCo brands through retail merchandising, product rotation, ordering, and organized customer service execution.
