Build customer relationships through banking solutions and financial guidance as a Customer Banking Advisor Trainee with TD in Owen Sound, Ontario.
TD Canada Trust is seeking a trainee to address customers’ financial questions and everyday banking needs. You will understand individual needs, provide service transactions, explain digital options, and connect customers with specialists. The role includes confidential judgment, process accuracy, and support for branch effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate internal contacts
Provide day-to-day advice and customer service transactions
Build confidence in emerging digital banking trends
Resolve critical issues and report non-standard matters
Recommend improvements to branch practices and processes
Requirements:
Strong customer experience and communication skills
One-plus years relevant experience or High School diploma
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management
Ability to manage changing priorities independently
Develop banking expertise while guiding customers, explaining digital services, and supporting effective branch operations at TD Canada Trust.
