Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient, resident, and family needs and strengths

Requirements:
Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program
Current BCCNM practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Ability to administer medications within full scope
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Physical ability to carry out position duties
Bring practical nursing assessment, care planning, and documentation skills to Fraser Health at Langley Memorial Hospital in Langley.
