Process financial transactions and deliver thoughtful customer service as a part time Customer Experience Associate onsite in Medicine Hat, Alberta.
At TD Canada Trust, this branch-based position supports Personal & Commercial Banking customers. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable banking solutions, resolve concerns, and provide clear guidance on products and processes. Accuracy, discretion, and positive customer experiences guide daily work.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Respond to concerns and escalate non-standard activities
Promote banking solutions while completing business processes timely
Recommend operational improvements supporting operational excellence
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Accurate, detail-oriented communicator managing changing priorities
Bring customer experience, transaction accuracy, and banking solution knowledge to TD Canada Trust customers in Medicine Hat.
