Morguard
Deliver courteous resident service as a Residential Concierge with Morguard in Toronto, using customer care and property administration skills.
This Concierge role welcomes residents and visitors while representing Morguard as a brand ambassador. You will provide local information, address inquiries, support building operations, and assist with leasing activities. The position combines customer service, administration, property patrols, and resident experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors entering or leaving the property
Provide information about local shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreation
Log deliveries, incidents, visits, and reports
Patrol access points and monitor cameras, elevators, and building systems
Assist with inquiries, move-ins, renewals, and leasing procedures
Requirements:
High school completion or general education degree
At least one year of related sales, administration, or customer service experience
Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, email, and internet
Ability to work evenings and weekends on a flexible schedule
Leasing principles experience is an asset
