Drive safe, timely deliveries for The Salvation Army while operating commercial vehicles and maintaining accurate vehicle documentation. This permanent full-time position includes occasional travel.
The Truck Driver delivers goods from the Distribution Centre or assigned locations to Ministry Units. The role also collects donated materials from donor locations. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, CVOR logs, loading, navigation, customer service, and warehouse support.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver goods safely and on time to assigned locations
Collect donated materials from donor locations
Complete circle checks and inspect vehicles for defects
Maintain CVOR logs, fuel, fluids, and required paperwork
Load vehicles and count delivered products accurately
Requirements:

High school diploma completion
One year of safe driving experience
Valid full provincial driver's license and satisfactory abstract
Strong navigation, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to lift and transport materials up to 50 pounds
Bring safe driving, dependable documentation, and service-oriented communication to The Salvation Army's delivery and collection operations.
