This Seasonal Tax Services Associate position places you at kitchen tables, farm offices, and other comfortable Member locations. You will receive paid training before the season and use FBC software to complete straightforward returns. Complex files go to Tax Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage visits for approximately 200 local Members
Gather required tax documents during each appointment
Prepare T1 returns using FBC’s guided software
Connect Members with useful Harvest services
Secure commitment for the following tax season
Requirements:

Strong conversation skills and quick trust building
Comfort entering homes and farm offices
Technology confidence with tablets or laptops
Ability to meet upload deadlines without reminders
Reliable vehicle for rural and remote visits
Use your relationship-building strengths and organizational skills to deliver dependable seasonal tax service for FBC Members.
