Responsibilities
Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
Reconciling bank statements and accounts
Preparing reports and assisting with audits
Supporting the implementation and transition to a new ERP system, including data migration, testing, and training
General administrative and accounting support as needed
Qualifications
Enrolled in or recently completed an accounting or finance program from an accredited school
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with Excel and accounting software (Microsoft Business Central or similar) is a must
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Must be bilingual English and French
