• Provide on-site training and support to dealerships
• Prepare equipment and training materials prior to visits

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer software issues promptly
• Document and report on customer training sessions
Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree required
• Bilingual in French and English for all client communications
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 80%
• Strong problem-solving skills and organizational capabilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
