This role requires managing daily tasks, training new hires, and maintaining safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
• Control budgeted hours for the cleaning team
• Assign daily tasks and inspect performance regularly
• Train and oversee new cleaning personnel
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
• Manage inventory and respond to customer requests
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in a unionized setting
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends
• Clear criminal background check required
