At Red Rock Pizza, the Oven Cook is responsible for consistent pizza preparation and final quality checks. This position operates the oven, monitors cooking conditions, and prioritizes tickets efficiently. It also supports kitchen cleanliness, food preparation, closing duties, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Cook pizzas to Red Rock Pizza quality standards
Monitor temperatures for consistent cooking results
Inspect finished pizzas before sending orders out
Maintain clean oven areas and kitchen equipment
Support closing duties and shift-end cleaning
Requirements:

Attention to pizza quality and cooking consistency
Ability to monitor and prioritize multiple tickets
