Serve Camrose customers onsite as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, using financial guidance and digital banking education daily. This is a full-time branch opportunity.
At TD Canada Trust, you will build customer relationships while addressing banking needs and guiding clients toward suitable solutions. The trainee role includes service transactions, customer problem resolution, confidential judgement, and support for frontline operations. You will also help customers use mobile, ATM, and online banking.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
Complete business processes and accurate documentation
Requirements:

High School diploma or one year relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Bring customer experience, banking knowledge, and digital education skills to TD’s Camrose branch as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee.
