Elevate patient care with Mimak Care as a Registered Nurse across British Columbia and Alberta. We are seeking nurses for long-term care, assisted living, and complex care facilities.
Mimak Care invites qualified Registered Nurses to join assignments in British Columbia and Alberta. This role requires an active RN registration, strong clinical assessment skills, and the ability to provide safe care to patients with complex, chronic, and geriatric needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care within varying healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care in long-term care and assisted living facilities
• Manage and administer medications to residents safely
• Document patient assessments, care plans, and treatment outcomes
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and families
• Support patients with dementia and chronic care needs
Requirements:
• Active RN registration in BC or Alberta
• Graduate of a recognized nursing program
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in complex and dementia care is preferred
