Retail Framing Team Leader

Coach a retail framing team at Michaels in Winnipeg while managing sales, workload, and customer solutions. This full-time position supports daily store leadership.
The Framing Manager leads framers focused on customer relationships and art framing solutions. You will partner with the Store Manager and Managers on Duty to uphold company programs, standards, and procedures. The work includes coaching, training, production planning, sales-floor networking, and performance management activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Hold team members accountable for store conditions and results
Lead high-quality custom framing delivery on time
Review sales and production workload
Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training
Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned
Requirements:

Basic computer skills
Retail management experience
Experience leading a sales team
Previous custom framing experience preferred
Ability to remain standing and move throughout the store
Use retail leadership, framing knowledge, and coaching skills to support Michaels customers and framers in Winnipeg.
