Outdoor Brand Ambassador Retail Associate

Outdoor passion shapes every guest interaction for Arc’teryx Product Guides delivering authentic brand experiences onsite in retail stores.
As a Product Guide, you will build product understanding and weave it naturally into conversations with guests. You will serve as an Arc’teryx brand ambassador, participate in community activities, and support store leadership projects. The work also includes phones, emails, social media responses, point-of-sale transactions, and inventory tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver best-in-class brand experiences to guests
Build strong understanding of Arc’teryx products
Provide feedback on merchandising and store experience
Answer phones and respond to store communications
Support assigned store tasks and brand initiatives
Requirements:
Passion for getting outside and living your work
Commitment to doing what is right
Accountability for required responsibilities and deliverables
Ability to inspire continuous improvement
Availability through the holiday season
