This Assistant Store Manager guides Sales Associates and Supervisors across store operations. You will improve consumer engagement, support sales strategies, and develop team members. The position emphasizes personalized service, product and technology knowledge, coaching, scheduling, inventory accuracy, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct supervisors and associates during daily store operations
Coach selling skills and product and technology knowledge
Support interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and team development
Create weekly schedules and support expense targets
Maintain inventory accuracy, replenishment, and stockroom organization
Requirements:
Five or more years of relevant experience
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience operating inventory and Point of Sales systems
Experience driving consumer engagement and personalized service
Flexible retail schedule availability and clear communication skills
