Guest Experience Lead Retail Leadership

Drive exceptional guest experiences at lululemon through technical product education, floor leadership, and daily store performance.
The Guest Experience Lead is part of the store leadership team, guiding guest connections and team achievement of daily sales or unit targets. This role provides product education, supports performance development, contributes to hiring, and acts as Supervisor on Duty. Success requires retail or customer experience, leadership exposure, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead inclusive guest experiences from the sales floor
Provide technical product education and guest assistance
Act as Supervisor on Duty during assigned shifts
Interpret daily metrics and motivate sales performance
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and team development
Requirements:

One year of retail or customer experience
Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
Legal authorization to work in the store country
Reliable transportation to the assigned store
Availability for variable mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bring guest connection, product education, and floor leadership to lululemon’s store leadership team.
