Inside Sales Customer Service Representative
SRS Distribution, Inc.
Use building materials knowledge in a full time Customer Service Sales position with GMS Family of Locations in Saanichton, British Columbia. Manage customer inquiries, orders, and project quotes while supporting sales.
This position provides product knowledge to new and existing customers purchasing building and home improvement materials. You will greet customers, handle incoming calls, enter delivery and special orders, and assist with purchasing. The Thursday through Monday schedule supports facility operations and customer projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers entering the facility
Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and customer orders
Prepare project quotes and enter special orders
Coordinate delivery schedules and instructions with Shipping
Build customer relationships through reliable call backs
Requirements:
At least one year of Inside Sales experience
At least two years of administrative experience
Customer service experience in a fast paced setting
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Excellent computer skills and sales experience beneficial
