You will perform tests, repairs, and maintenance on engines and hydraulic systems, typically at customer locations or through roadside assistance. Your mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills will drive successful service outcomes while building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and service heavy equipment components
• Communicate with customers for repair authorization
• Perform repairs both on-site and in the shop
• Recondition components as needed for repairs
• Maintain and update service records
Requirements:
• Trade certification, Journeyman Red Seal
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
• Commitment to Health & Safety standards
