Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement quality strategies across all teams
• Maintain tooling like SonarQube and CI quality gates
• Enforce code review standards and guidelines

• Track and report quality metrics for leadership
Requirements:
• 5+ years in software quality engineering or QA leadership
• Hands-on experience with code quality tools
• Strong background in automation frameworks
• Proven ability to improve engineering processes
