White Pass & Yukon Route
Entering reservations into ticketing system
Answering questions via phone, email, and in person regarding White Pass products
Cash and credit card processing
Assisting with daily train and bus departures
Duties:
Enthusiasm for the White Pass product
A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Must possess basic knowledge of computers
Proficiency in email and Microsoft Word applications
Excellent ability to communicate important information to the public
Ability to stay on task and take initiative in small office projects
Previous customer service experience required
