Production Planning Coordinator Toromont Reman

Production planning at Toromont Reman centers on accurate schedules, work orders, and resource coordination. This full-time, permanent position supports seven-day production planning.
As a Production Planner, you will collaborate with Exchange, Production, Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Technical Services teams. Your work includes managing WIP, ordering parts kits, coordinating vendors, and communicating promise dates. The position supports completed products delivered by established timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate production schedules and manage work orders
Anticipate resource needs for production activities
Coordinate shop arrivals with the Exchange team
Order standard parts kits before production starts
Follow up with vendors on purchase order timelines
Requirements:
Attention to detail in parts kits, labor targets, and work orders
Customer-centric relationship management and organizational skills
Computer knowledge including AMPS, Scheduler, TCMS, Excel, Word, and DBS
Post-secondary technical education or five years’ comparable experience
Ability to work flexible hours supporting business needs
Bring production scheduling, work order management, and resource planning skills to Toromont Reman’s Exchange operations.
