• Conduct industry research to understand client requirements
• Identify candidates using proprietary systems and methods
• Maintain communication and progress reports for stakeholders
• Assist in writing candidate assessments for clients
• Support business development initiatives and pitch preparation
Requirements:
• 0-1 years of recruiting or related professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
