Complex Automobile Claims Adjuster

Handle complex automobile investigations and liability decisions for Allstate’s Maritimes team, fully remote in Nova Scotia. Bring adjusting expertise and precise policy interpretation.
This Claim Advisor, Auto position focuses on complex claims, including impaired, unlisted operator, and non-drivable circumstances. You will interpret policies, determine coverage, and settle claims using organizational practices. Strong customer service, computer literacy, and collaboration support interactions with repair shops, towing providers, insurers, and law enforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate complex automobile claim circumstances
Interpret policies and review available coverages
Assess liability and determine applicable coverage
Settle claims under established organizational practices
Coordinate with repair shops, towing providers, and insurers
Requirements:
One to three years managing complex automobile claims
Level 1 Adjusting License or equivalent
Bilingual French communication ability
High school diploma or equivalent education
Strong documentation, keyboard, and computer skills
