Lead wireless retail excellence at WOW! mobile boutique in Sunridge Mall, Calgary, using sales leadership and customer experience skills.
As Store Manager, you report to the District Manager and oversee a multi-carrier wireless kiosk. You lead daily operations, sales performance, customer experience, and team development. The position supports solutions from TELUS, Rogers, Koodo, Fido, and Chatr, with modern devices and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales, revenue, customer experience, and operational objectives
Lead coaching, training, scheduling, interviews, and staff management
Execute CRM follow-up and maintain CASL compliance
Audit transactions, manage inventory, and control shrink
Maintain kiosk standards and ensure policy compliance
Requirements:
Three to five years of retail supervision and management experience
Wireless or electronics retail experience is preferred
Detail-oriented, results-focused ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong Microsoft Office skills and modern technology comfort
Open availability for forty hours, evenings, and weekends
