You will manage banquet services, coordinate client events, maintain inventory, and support financial controls. The position combines operational leadership with employee training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage banquet operations and maintain profitable service standards
Coordinate event details and communicate with stakeholders
Supervise, schedule, train, and develop banquet employees
Maintain inventory, supplies, cleanliness, and food safety
Monitor budgets, reporting, expenditures, and departmental revenue
Requirements:
Minimum eight years combined hospitality experience
Three to five years in a supervisory role
Microsoft Office proficiency and high school diploma or GED
AFST compliance and LGCA Smart Choices certification
Valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver’s License
