TD
Build customer relationships as a Personal Banking Associate with TD Canada Trust in Waterford, Ontario, supporting advice, transactions, and banking solutions.
This branch-based role serves existing and prospective TD customers through personal banking guidance. You will handle service transactions, provide digital education, resolve problems, and connect customers with appropriate partners. The position also supports frontline operations, documentation, and process completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
Complete accurate business processes and documentation
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Strong customer communication and organizational skills
