At TD Canada Trust, this Customer Experience Associate position serves existing and prospective customers at the branch. You will connect personally, explain banking processes, identify needs, and refer customers to appropriate team members or internal Bank partners while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect personally with customers about banking solutions and processes
Provide information and advice on products and services
Refer customers to appropriate team members or Bank partners
Respect confidentiality when determining and addressing customer needs
Keep coworkers updated on routine activity status
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one-plus years of relevant experience
Established customer experience skills with diverse customers
Strong organizational, planning, administration, and time management skills
Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail handling changing priorities
Effective verbal and written communication in a courteous manner
Use relationship-building, customer experience, and banking advisory skills to support positive branch interactions at TD Canada Trust.
