CarePartners is seeking RNs and RPNs for a part-time position in Kincardine and surrounding areas. Community nurses work across homes, clinics, schools, and retirement homes. The schedule runs from 8 am to 8 pm within a two-week rotation, including weekends, weekdays, and on-call work.
Key Responsibilities:
Work independently or with Ontario Health atHome
Maintain effective Community Health Services care plans
Provide exceptional nursing services to patients
Liaise with families and interdisciplinary care teams
Complete clinical duties as required
Requirements:
RN or RPN degree or diploma
CNO registration in good standing
Strong commitment to improving patient lives
Exceptional interpersonal skills and English communication
Driver’s license, vehicle, CPR, and required health checks
Bring full-scope nursing, care coordination, and interpersonal skills to CarePartners’ part-time home care services near Kincardine.
