As the Production Shift Manager, you will oversee the operational workflow for active ingredients, ensuring safe practices according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and assign shift targets for production team members
• Monitor batch processing according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Promote adherence to health and safety protocols
• Conduct root cause analysis on safety incidents
• Lead daily site meetings to meet production goals
Requirements:
• Experience in managing pharmaceutical production teams
• Knowledge of GMP and SOP compliance
• Proven leadership in performance management
• Ability to conduct investigations for non-conformances
• Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing methodologies
