Funding Research and Proposal Analyst

BDO GrantMatch seeks Funding Analysts to research North American programs and shape compelling proposals remotely from anywhere in Canada. Microsoft 365 skills support organized delivery.
You will research government funding opportunities across Canada and the United States, interpret program guidelines, and contribute intelligence to GrantMatch’s proprietary platform. Working with Funding Specialists, you will transform client project concepts into accurate applications while managing multiple assignments, deadlines, and reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Research new and existing government funding programs
Translate guidelines into practical eligibility and strategy
Develop application templates, checklists, and working documents
Maintain schedules, project files, and application progress
Share program knowledge, research, and best practices
Requirements:
Strong research, writing, and analytical capabilities
Ability to manage competing priorities and external deadlines
Ownership of accurate, timely, high-quality deliverables
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field preferred
Support BDO GrantMatch clients through funding research, proposal development, project coordination, and clear evidence-based business writing.
