Dairy Processing Shift Supervisor

Guide Saputo dairy processing teams during scheduled day shifts, with emphasis on employee safety, sanitation, and production targets. Work four ten-hour days weekly.
As Production Supervisor, you oversee employees, resources, and equipment across processing and packaging. Reporting to the Production Manager, you help maintain safe conditions and protect product quality. The role calls for initiative, pressure management, Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of dairy operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Take action to protect employee health and safety
Schedule personnel and equipment to meet timely production targets
Measure operational trends and reinforce positive results
Maintain Saputo Dairy Products Canada quality standards
Build effective internal and external working relationships
Requirements:
Minimum three years’ progressive dairy or food manufacturing experience
Thorough knowledge of dairy processing and sanitation
Demonstrated leadership, preferably within a unionized environment
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Proficient Microsoft Office, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
