In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries through various channels, ensure accurate responses, and collaborate with teams for solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support via email, phone, and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Collaborate with other departments for accurate responses
• Follow up on recurring customer issues timely
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in customer service; call center experience preferred
• Bilingual in French and English for nationwide support
• 50 words per minute typing speed with high accuracy
• Familiarity with computer tools and systems
• Reliable home workspace or transport to Ville-Saint-Laurent office
