Salesforce Systems Developer

Develop Salesforce solutions with CGL as a Systems Developer, using APEX, Lightning Components, and hybrid work two days in office.
As a Systems Developer within the Advisor Tech Platform, you will formulate programs, maintain code, and document processes. You will support moderately complex initiatives while working with team members. The role requires Salesforce development experience, systems analysis, integration, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate requirements into cohesive working plans
Write code for small to medium functionalities
Create implementation and back-out plans
Perform unit testing and support acceptance testing
Troubleshoot root causes and resolve defects
Requirements:
At least two years of Salesforce development experience
Diploma or degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
Understanding of technical components and application interfaces
Strong systems analysis, design, and integration skills
Competence with programming languages, tools, and techniques
Build Salesforce applications through coding, testing, integration, and continuous improvement as part of CGL’s Advisor Tech Platform.
