Support residents overnight as a Care Assistant at Acorn Court, providing personal care and following electronic care plans accurately. Permanent full-time nights work is based at Watercolour Development.
As a Care Assistant (Nights), you will support bathing, eating, bathroom visits, mobility, and enjoyment of the home. You will build meaningful relationships by understanding residents’ likes, dislikes, and needs. Full training is provided, and specific qualifications or experience are not required for most roles.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care to residents throughout night shifts
Support bathing, eating, bathroom visits, and mobility
Follow electronic care plans for each resident
Administer prescribed medication and maintain accurate records
Keep the residents’ home clean and safe
Requirements:

Caring nature and compassion for residents
Alertness to residents’ physical and mental wellbeing
Concern for residents’ comfort and happiness
Availability for weekday and alternate weekend nights
Willingness to complete provided training
