Beauty Sales Performance Manager Kingston

Drive Beauty department results in Kingston with Shoppers Drug Mart, applying sales analysis, planning, and decision-making to meet targets.
This full-time Beauty Manager tracks sales continuously, sets goals, and maximizes department performance through staff coaching. You will manage resources, identify peak hours, maintain Cosmetic Operating Standards, and support superior customer service. The work also includes planning events, monitoring CSI objectives, and developing a yearly personal development plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuously track sales through corporate sales tools
Ensure staff achieve productivity objectives and sales targets
Maintain Cosmetic Operating Standards across the department
Identify peak hours and schedule shifts accordingly
Monitor CSI survey results and team objectives
Requirements:
Sales experience with proven goal achievement
Planning, judgment, and decision-making abilities
Independent thinking regarding customer needs
Cosmetic experience and customer service orientation
Ability to work with store leadership
