• Coordinate and deliver engaging leisure programs
• Support resident participation in community outings and events
• Maintain accurate resident participation documentation
• Build respectful relationships within the community
• Assist in daily routines, including meal service
Requirements:
• Diploma in Recreation or related discipline
• Experience working with seniors is an asset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Valid driver's license for transporting residents
