Autoplan Insurance Account Manager

Serve as Schill Insurance’s first client contact for Autoplan needs, using accuracy and clear communication to support every transaction. Learn through hands-on training.
As an Autoplan Account Manager, you will assist with renewals, new vehicles, policy changes, transfers, permits, and cancellations. You will explain coverages, identify gaps, and ask questions about broader home or business insurance needs. Your work supports Schill’s 5-star client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly in person and by phone
Guide clients through Autoplan needs and coverage decisions
Process policies, renewals, transfers, permits, and cancellations
Record transactions accurately according to ICBC standards
Balance cashboxes, prepare deposits, and manage supplies
Requirements:
Level 1 general insurance license required
Minimum six months of experience
Strong attention to accuracy and detail
Basic computer literacy and system-learning comfort
Warm, professional, reliable, adaptable approach
