Support customers and sales growth as an Inside Sales Representative in Calgary, using communication and accurate transaction processing daily.
All Weather Group is hiring for its Calgary Customer Solutions Centre. You will support Dealer and Builder channels while building customer relationships, qualifying opportunities, and helping customers find window and door solutions. The position combines proactive sales support, product assistance, and sales administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify decision-makers, generate leads, and initiate sales processes
Qualify opportunities and coordinate handoffs to Account Managers
Support window and door selections in the showroom
Prepare pricing and process sales orders and purchase orders
Respond to inquiries about orders, payments, refunds, and troubleshooting
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Three to five years sales or customer service experience
Experience using customer relationship management software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills
