As an Event Operations Manager, you will supervise daily activities, guiding team members while maintaining high-quality standards. Your proficiency in audio-visual technology and leadership will be critical in achieving revenue goals and enhancing client satisfaction. Collaborate closely with clients and vendors to foster superior service, while managing inventory and billing procedures effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage floor activities and technician workflows daily
• Supervise scheduling, timekeeping, and team performance
• Ensure billing accuracy and resolve client challenges
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment quality assurance
• Attend meetings to coordinate event logistics
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
• 4+ years in audio-visual/hospitality, 2+ years in supervision
• Strong knowledge of audio-visual systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general software
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills
