Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily billing activities with various departments
• Review contracts and invoices for correctness
• Manage financial transactions and oversee reconciliations
• Collaborate on internal controls and month-end closings
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing issues
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of experience in hospitality finance
• 2+ years in an accounting supervisory role
• High attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency with hospitality accounting systems
• Bilingual in French and English is required
