General Labourer Light Maintenance Technician

As a General Labourer and Light Maintenance team member, you will support the Maintenance Manager, warehouse, production, and management teams. Your work includes janitorial services, light building repairs, property maintenance, safety checks, and general production equipment support. The role suits a self-starter with three years of practical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete cleaning, sanitation, garbage removal, and supply stocking
Perform light repairs, painting, filter changes, and renovations
Clear snow, mow grounds, and control weeds
Assist facilities maintenance, equipment repairs, deliveries, and warehouse support
Complete safety checks and maintain work orders and records
Requirements:
High school diploma required; post-secondary training preferred
Three years’ hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
Word, Excel, and ERP system skills as trained
